At the 60th anniversary 2009 Byrnes Foundation Luncheon, architect and artist David Damon, 1983 scholar, presented an original artwork for permanent display in the James F. Byrnes Room at Clemson University.
He stated, "The design to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the James F. Byrnes Scholars captures key moments of memory. The design is composed of

The application process for 2019 is closed. Scholarship announcements will be posted to the website in early June. Application packets for 2020 will be available December 2019. Please check back then.
